Ellucian CRM ADVANCE, ADVISE, and RECRUIT
Updates to PROD APRIL 12th @ 8 PM EST

DETAILS:
As part of our ongoing SaaS operations, Ellucian needs to run maintenance on AWS.

WINDOW:
PROD systems will be updated on Thursday April 12th - starting at 8PM Eastern and concluding around 10 PM Eastern.

IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
