Please be advised that Cloud Operations will be performing maintenance on CRM Advise SaaS TEST environments between December 18th and 21st, 2017. This notification is the general announcement for the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Impact: The TEST environment will be unavailable for up to a 2 hour period during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None.

Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes. Customers using Twilio in their TEST environment (NOT PRE-PROD) will need to update their API settings in Twilio to reflect the new organization pod task service URL.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

Longer Term Planning Note: CRM Advise 1.10 TEST SaaS environment is scheduled for upgrade between January 10th and 11th. CRM Advise 1.10 PROD SaaS environment is scheduled for upgrade between January 31st and February 1st.
