ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ellucian Ethos Integration, we are continuing to deliver critical releases as needed. In this release we are addressing a defect experienced by our customers .
Window: ** Asia Pacific region only ** 09/06/2018 @11:00 a.m Eastern to 09/06/2018 @11:30 a.m Eastern
** EU, US & Canada regions ** 09/06/2018 @ 8 p.m Eastern to 09/06/2018 @ 9 p.m Eastern
Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix into Test and Production environments.
Impact: There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or occasional disconnect during the window.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
