April Monthly Software Update
Deploy to NON-PROD APR 20
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM Advance in the cloud, we are continuing to deliver maintenance releases to resolve critical Change Requests on a monthly cycle. These Maintenance Updates (MUs) do not require institutional intervention to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released, and all corrections occur outside of the solution management process.
April's scheduled MU is being deployed to the Advance 2.0 Non-production environments on Friday, April 20th from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM Eastern time.
The production April MU will be included as part of the production upgrades already scheduled for the week of 4/23.

There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.
