Ellucian SaaS Maintenance Ellucian CRM ADVANCE US PROD October 4th @ 8 PM EST
DETAILS: As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize service, Ellucian needs to perform infrastructure maintenance.
WINDOW: PROD systems will be updated on Thursday, October 4th starting at 8 PM Eastern and concluding at 9 PM Eastern.
IMPACT: There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.
ACTION REQUIRED: There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
