ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
This notice is to inform you about planned performance enhancements to the backend of Ellucian Workflow in the production environment starting at 5:00 PM Eastern and lasting approximately 3 hours.
Window: January 2nd, 2018 5:00PM Eastern to January 2nd, 2018 8:00PM Eastern
Impact: The production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
