Proactive PROD Server Maintenance

DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about proactive server maintenance to the Ellucian CRM Advance, Advise and Recruit PROD environments to take place Next Monday evening January 22, 2018. The work is to deploy critical infrastructure changes and security patches to help ensure your environments and data within is protected from several new critical vulnerabilities, including patches for Meltdown and Spectre, and other recent high priority vulnerability fixes.

WINDOW:
Work on the PROD environments will begin starting at 8:00 PM Eastern, concluding by 2:00 AM Eastern the following morning.

IMPACT:
There is no downtime expected during the window.  Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.
 
ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
