Please be advised that Cloud Operations will be upgrading CRM Advise SaaS TEST environments to 1.10 between January 10th and 11st, 2018. This notification is the general announcement for the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window: January 10th, 2018 7:00AM Eastern to January 11th, 2018 9:00PM Eastern

Impact: Advise SaaS Test environments will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

Longer Term Planning Note: CRM Advise 1.10 PROD SaaS environment is scheduled for upgrade between January 31st and February 1st.
