DETAILS:
Thank you for your patience regarding the CRM Recruit Maintenance Update.

As a result of the TEST deployment of the Maintenance Update (MU), an issue was identified. The development team and ActionLine analysts were quickly engaged and the PROD deployment of the MU was delayed. The team has identified the root cause of this issue, created a fix, and is conducting testing to ensure that this fix addresses the underlying issue.

May's scheduled MU is being deployed to TEST environments on Wednesday, May 30th from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, followed by PROD environments on Thursday, May 31, 2018 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Ellucian is committed to ongoing defect resolutions and high quality. Thank you for your continued feedback as we improve communications and provide timely resolution to defects.

IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.
