Please be advised that infrastructure upgrade is being carried out to Elevate Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Note: The Elevate infrastructure upgrade will be carried out in Production on 7/13/2018


Window: 7/13/2018 @ 4 AM to 7/13/2018 @ 5 AM Eastern
Activity: Upgrade Elevate Infrastructure in the Production environment.


Impact: The environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None.

Client Action: No action is required.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
