Deploy to PROD MAY 24th
As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ellucian Analytics, we are continuing to deliver critical releases as needed. In this release we are addressing issues/errors experienced with the load/reload process, changing the password reset timeout from 5 minutes to 30 minutes, and correcting an issue in the Financial Aid Awards tiles around seeing race data.
Thursday, May 24th @ 8:00 PM Eastern Time concluding by 12:00 AM Eastern time.
There is 1-2 hour downtime expected while the update is being deployed but any scheduled jobs during the maintenance window will be impacted.
Once the deployment has been completed clients should plan on reloading their Analytics data.
