February Monthly Software Update
Deploy to TEST April 17th
DETAILS:
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM Recruit in the cloud, we are continuing to deliver maintenance releases to resolve critical Change Requests on a monthly cycle.
These Maintenance Updates (MUs) do not require institutional intervention to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released, and all corrections occur outside of the solution management process.
April's scheduled MU is being deployed to TEST environments on Tuesday, April 17th from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, followed by PROD environments on April 18th, 2018 from 11:00 PM to April 19th at 8:00 AM.
WINDOW:
Tuesday, April 17th @ 3:00 PM concluding by 5:00 PM Eastern time.
IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.
ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
