This notice is to inform you about the Ellucian Workflow April release for the test environment. This release will include:

Note: These enhancements are only available in Test workspaces. We anticipate releasing these to the Production workspaces on 05/30/2018.

- Ellucian Ethos Integration Plugin
o New support for the maximum and minimum data model types such as sections-maximum
o Resolved CR-000154641 to address issues with versionless data model requests for Banner
- The Ellucian Workflow UI has been updated to adhere to the new Ellucian Design System
- ProcessMaker 3.2.2 upgrade
o WebEntry now supports SAML single-sign-on
o WebEntry now uses a Guest user for its anonymous access. Existing WebEntry workflows continue to work exactly as before.
Note: the "Generate Link" button in WebEntry can be used to upgrade existing definitions to the new Guest access, but is not required.
o Resolved CR-000154146 WebEntry in Designer opens slowly
o Resolved CR-000155377 Importing an event-driven workflow definition does not update the Ethos subscriptions

Impact: The test environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

ACTION REQUIRED:
Following the Ellucian Workflow Test workspace upgrade on 04/25/2018, clients may no longer see the *Settings* option in the Designer's event driven workflow start event. If this setting is missing, disable and re-enable the *Ellucian Ethos Events Plugin* to reset the plugin.
