Ellucian SaaS Maintenance - Ellucian ILP
Deployment to PREVIEW- Feb 7, 2018

DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned maintenance to the Ellucian ILP Preview environments on Wednesday February 7th, 2018.

WINDOW:
Maintenance for PREVIEW environments will begin at 10AM Eastern and is expected to conclude by 6PM Eastern on the day indicated.

NOTE:
Maintenance for PRODUCTION environments is planned for Wednesday February 28th at 8PM Eastern.

IMPACT:
Within the window described above, your instance will experience up to 1 hour outage. Also there might be intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the specified window.

ACTION REQUIRED:
Banner Customers using Moodle are advised to apply the latest Moodle Plugin to their test Moodle environments prior to the update. Moodle Plugin v3.0.1 is available for download from the Download Center. For instructions on applying the Moodle Plugin please refer to the ILP SaaS for Banner Handbook.

There is no action required by Banner Customers using a Learning Management System other than Moodle.

There is no action required by Colleague Customers using Moodle or otherwise.

Otherwise there are no further action required by customers. If you experience any post-upgrade issues please contact the Action Line for support.
