DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned fixpack maintenance to the Ellucian Elevate TEST environments on Tuesday Jan 9th, 2018.

The fixpack addresses several important CR's. Detailed Information about the fixpack can be found in the Ellucian Documentation Library.
 
WINDOW:
The maintenance will begin at 3AM Eastern and is expected to conclude by 5AM Eastern on the day indicated.

IMPACT:
The system will be unavailable during the window, a maintenance page will be posted to alert users to the system availability.
 
ACTION REQUIRED:
Please review the release documentation. If you have been impacted by one or more CR's that are included, please test to ensure the functionality is working as designed. Otherwise, there is no action required by Customers.

PRODUCTION NOTE:
For your planning purposes, the update for Prod is planned for the early morning hours of January 16th.
