ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ellucian Analytics, we are continuing to deliver critical releases as needed. In this release, we are addressing defects experienced by our Analytics customers.
Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix into Test and Prod environments.
Impact: There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or occasional disconnect during the window.
Customer Action: There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
