DETAILS:
This upgrade affects all US customers and applies the 8.14.0.1 update to the production environment. The 8.14 deployment, completed last night, experienced some delays. The decision was made to bring production back online in a timely manner and apply the 8.14.0.1 patch in a separate window.

WINDOW:
Friday, March 30, 2018 starting at 3:00 AM Eastern and concluding around 8:00 AM Eastern

IMPACTS:
The production system will be unavailable during the upgrade.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers.
