Update
Client Action: Perform the Diagnostics test. After the upgrade is complete, in the eTranscripts Send 1.3 version make sure to verify the diagnostics for your institution.
To do this, perform the following steps:
1. Log in to eTranscripts Send 1.3 application (https://etranscripts.elluciancloud.com/) using the valid credentials. 2. On the left side pane of the application, click Diagnostics. 3. On the Diagnostics page, enter your institution name or OPEID and click Test. 4. The message, “Diagnostics Passed” should be displayed.

Please be advised that the Ellucian eTranscript Send 1.3 will be deployed in the Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: 7/13/2018 @ 1:00 AM to 7/13/2018 @ 3:00 AM Eastern
Activity: Deploy eTranscripts Send 1.3 release in Production environment.
Impact: The production environment will not be available during the upgrade.
Dependencies: None
Client Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
