SSO for US Ellucian Elevate Pods
Deployment to TEST- DEC 21, 2017
 
DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned maintenance to the US Ellucian Elevate environments on the morning of December 21st to roll out Single Sign-on (SSO) capabilities on those pods.

NOTE: Deployment of SSO to Canadian pods is tentatively scheduled for the week of January 8th, further information to follow for that window.

WINDOW:
The maintenance will begin at 9:00 AM Eastern and is expected to conclude by NOON Eastern.

IMPACT:
There is no downtime, and environments will be available during the Window. Be advised that there might be intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
