ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ethos Data Access and any products that rely on Ethos Data Access, we are continuing to deliver fixes for critical issues as needed. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
** US and CA Regions ** Thursday, 29 September 2022 at 9:00 PM Eastern to Friday, 30 September 2022 at 12:00 AM Eastern Note: This Maintenance Update will be deployed in Production on Thursday, 6 October 2022.
** EU Region ** Friday, 30 September at 02:00 AM BST to Friday, 30 September 2022 at 5:00 AM BST Note: This Maintenance Update will be deployed in Production on Friday, 7 October 2022.
Activity: Deploy Data Access upgrade in the Preview Environment.
Impact: The Data Access environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Experience customers who try to access the Housing Card will receive a message instructing them to contact their admin. Experience customers who have developed any extensions using Data Access will be unable to access those extensions during the maintenance window.
Customer Action: None
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
