As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ellucian Analytics, we are continuing to deliver critical releases as needed. In this release, we are addressing,
* performance improvements
* the following defect: CR-000160103 - Update tiles job produces 502 Bad Gateway error.

Window: 08/16 @ 8 p.m Eastern to 08/16 @ 11 p.m Eastern

Activity: Deploy Hot-Fix into Test and Prod environments.

Impact: Test and Prod environments will be unavailable during the maintenance window. 

Dependencies: None

Customer Action: There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

This scheduled maintenance affected: Ellucian Ethos Platform (Ellucian Analytics).
