Please be advised that On Friday, March 29th at 12:30 AM Eastern there will be an outage of approximately one (1) hour of the Ellucian Mobile Cloud Configuration Tool as we update the certificate used associated with the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS). This emergency maintenance is being performed to update the expiring APNS certificate.

Window: 29/03/2019, 12:30 AM to 29/03/2019, 1:30 AM Eastern

Impact: The Prod Mobile Cloud Configuration Tool will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
