ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that a maintenance release for Ellucian Analytics will be deployed in the Test and Production environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Activity: Deploy release in the Test and Production environments.
Impact: The environments will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Please make sure no loads are in progress at the start of the maintenance window. Any loads and scheduled jobs in progress will be interrupted and will have to be re-triggered once the deployment is done.
Customer Action: Due to the defect corrections included within this Maintenance Release, the Analytic Load Pipeline job is required for some resources/domains. For customers utilizing Student content, reload the student-academic-programs resource. For customers utilizing Recruitment content, reload the Admission-Applications or Recruitment-Admission-Applications resource.*
*Banner/Colleague requires Admission-Applications, while CRM Recruit requires Recruitment-Admission-Applications.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
