Please be advised that a maintenance update for Ellucian Workflow will be deployed in the Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Note: A maintenance update for Ellucian Workflow will be deployed to Production environment for AU region customers on 08/28/2019 @ 10:00 a.m. Eastern and for US & UK & CA region customers on 08/28/2019 @ 9 p.m. Eastern

Activity: Deploy release in the Test environment.

Impact: Ellucian Workflow Test environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Customer Action: As part of this release, PHP will be upgraded from 5.6 to 7.1. It is possible that some of your Ellucian Workflow trigger code may contain deprecated PHP features that could be incompatible with the new PHP version. Please consult https://www.php.net/manual/en/migration70.incompatible.php for a full list of backwards incompatible changes and modify your triggers as necessary.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
