Dear Valued Customer,

Please be advised that we will be performing infrastructure maintenance in your Colleague SaaS Non-Prod environment on June 27th, from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM ET (June 28th).

Impact: The environments may be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Client Action: Please review your non-prod environment and report any issues to Action Line.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.

No schedule has been defined for the PROD environment at this time. Additional communication will be provided when PROD is ready to be scheduled.
