Please be advised that a major release for Ellucian Analytics will be deployed in the Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: 08/01/2019 @ 8 p.m. Eastern to 08/02/2019 @ 5 a.m. Eastern
Impact: Although the content updates are for Prod tenants only, infrastructure changes required by this update will potentially affect running jobs in both Test and Prod tenants.

Customer Action: Please make sure no loads are in progress at the start of the maintenance window. Following action needed by customers to enable new features and implement enhancements following a release.
** Human Resources Content **
An Analytics Load Pipeline* job is required to enable performance enhancements throughout the existing Workforce Management content.
** Student Content **
Perform a Data Access load of the resources listed within Release Notes and configure the new Continuous Enrollment and Student Retention parameters within Ellucian Analytics Administration. Once complete, execute the Analytics Load Pipeline* job.
**To expedite the Analytics Load Pipeline process, select the Analytic Domain specific to each content area when scheduling the job
With the 2019.2.0.0 release customers do not need to run a version upgrade job as required with the past feature version. This means that if your institution did not upgrade to 2019.1.0.0 using the Ellucian Analytics Update (2019.1) job, you no longer need to run it as these features have already been enabled. However, there are API version requirements and new resources that must be loaded into Data Access. Review the Ellucian Analytics API Dependencies and 'New analytic tiles' section of the 2019.1.0.0 Release Notes for additional information.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
