As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian Experience in the cloud, we have enhanced Statuspage communications for Ellucian Experience to be separated by regions as follows:
Ellucian Experience - United States/Canada/Latin America - For customers in United States, Canada, and Latin America regions
Ellucian Experience (EMEA) - For customers in Europe and Middle East regions
Ellucian Experience (APAC) - For customers in Asia Pacific region
This change effective immediately and all communications will be separated to each respective Ellucian Experience region. To ensure you receive notifications from the correct region, please select "Manage your subscription" at the bottom of this email and update your preferences if needed.
