Please be advised that we will be performing infrastructure maintenance in your Colleague SaaS Prod environment on July 6 through July 7, 2022.

Windows:
Eastern Time Zone - July 6 from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM (July 7)
Central/Mountain Time Zone - July 6 from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM (July 7)
Pacific Time Zone - July 6 from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM (July 7)
Samoa Standard Time - July 6 from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM (July 7)

Impact: The environments may be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Client Action: Please review your prod environment and report any issues to Action Line.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
