Please be advised that the Ellucian Colleague SaaS Q1 2019 Update will be deployed in the Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

The Ellucian Colleague Q1 2019 Update will be deployed in Production on 04/10/2019.

Window: 04/10/2019, 9 PM to 04/11/2019, 1 AM Eastern

Impact: The Production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Documentation: The following is the list of Colleague updates scheduled to be released. For specific details on the changes included in each software update or installer, as well as important implementation details, see the following Release Summaries:

Dependencies: None

Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integrations, and bug fixes.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
