Proactive PROD Server Maintenance

DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about proactive server maintenance to the Ellucian CRM Recruit PROD environments to take place tomorrow, Tuesday January 9th 2018. The work is to prepare the servers for the 4.9 upgrade next week.

WINDOW:
Work on the PROD environments will begin starting at 9:00 PM Eastern, concluding by 11:00 PM Eastern.

IMPACT:
There is no downtime expected during the window.  Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.
 
ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
