Ellucian AHS Maintenance
December 21st starting at 9:00 PM Eastern

This notice is to inform you that to be compliant with national security standards best practices and Ellucian Vulnerability Management Policies, Ellucian will implement a change that patches Oracle WebLogic middleware. The change for all environments will begin on December 21, 2017 9:00 p.m. EDT and completed December 22, 2017 at approximately 5:00 a.m. EDT.

The maintenance will begin at 9:00 PM Eastern and is expected to conclude by 5:00 AM Eastern the following morning. The change will be performed in four successive groups.

There will be a restart of systems. Downtime is expected to be less than two hours. This change addresses Oracle WebLogic version or lower.

There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.

The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly. Status announcements will be sent prior to work commencing and once all work has been verified completed.
