**US region only** Sunday, April 21st, starting at 12:30 am EDT to 4:30 pm EDT
**US 2 region only** Sunday, April 21st, starting at 5:00 am EDT to 8:00 am EDT
Activity: Perform infrastructure database updates for the Elevate Production environments.
Impact: Users will experience an outage during the outlined deployment window

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
