April Monthly Software Update
Deploy to TEST April 16

DETAILS:
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM Advise in the cloud, we are delivering our next Monthly Software Update on Monday, April 16th to CRM Advise TEST Environments.

These Monthly Updates do not require institutional intervention to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released and all corrections occur outside of the solution management process. There will be no downtime for your environment for this update.

**Please Note: This update will only affect environments that have been or are going to be upgraded to Advise 2.0.

WINDOW:
Monday, April 16 - starting at 3 PM and ending at 5 PM Eastern.

IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
