Ellucian CRM ADVANCE, ADVISE, and RECRUIT
Updates to PROD MAR 11th @ 9 PM EST
 
DETAILS:
As part of our ongoing SaaS operations, Ellucian needs to deploy new SSL certificates in all PROD CRM environments to provide continued secure operations of all web based CRM services.

WINDOW:
PROD systems will be updated on SUNDAY March 11th - starting at 9 PM Eastern and concluding around 11 PM Eastern.

NOTE: Some customers have reported issues switching between TEST and PROD with the new certificate in place in TEST - if this happens, please close and open the browser when switching between Test and Production. This condition will be alleviated after the PROD certificate is updated.

IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window.
