February Monthly Software Update
Deploy to TEST FEB 20th
 
DETAILS:
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM Recruit in the cloud we are delivering our next Monthly Software Update to resolve critical Change Requests on February 20th to TEST CRM Recruit Environments.

These Monthly Updates do not require institutional intervention to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released and all corrections occur outside of the solution management process. There will be no downtime for your environment for this update.

WINDOW:
Tuesday February 20th - starting at 11PM Eastern and concluding around 8AM Eastern the following morning.

NOTE:
The February Update for PRODUCTION is scheduled for the overnight window on Thursday, February 22nd from 11PM to 8AM Eastern.

IMPACTS:
There is no downtime expected while the update is being deployed. Since work is being performed on the environments there is a chance of intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the window as well.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by Customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
