DESCRIPTION OF PLANNED WORK:
This notice is to inform you about planned maintenance to the Ellucian ILP Production environments on May 23 , 2018.

WINDOW:
Maintenance for PRODUCTION environments will begin at 8PM Eastern and is expected to conclude by 11PM Eastern on the day indicated.

IMPACT:
Within the window described above, your instance will experience up to 1 hour outage. Also there might be intermittent slowness or the occasional disconnect during the specified window.

ACTION REQUIRED:
There is no action required by customers, we are just refreshing our infrastructure to make sure our systems up-to-date.
