ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements for customers using Ellucian CRM Advance in the cloud, a mandatory service update is planned for Microsoft Dynamics 365. This service update does not require your institution to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released or corrected.
*** Singapore customers *** Starting Saturday, 19 November 2022 at 9:00 AM SGT and concluding by Saturday, 19 November 2022 at 9:00 PM SGT
*** Australia customers *** Starting Saturday, 19 November 2022 at 12:00 PM AEDT and concluding by Sunday, 20 November 2022 at 12:00 AM AEDT
This service update is mandatory and only impacts Ellucian CRM customers in the APAC region.
This service update is mandatory and only impacts Ellucian CRM Advance customers in the APAC region. All CRM Advance Production environments will be offline during the first hour of the service update and a maintenance page will be posted informing your staff of the outage. Each individual environment will also be offline as it is upgraded. You will be notified via your Ellucian CRM distribution email address when the maintenance starts and once your environment is available.
If you are not a customer within any of the regions listed in this notification, please select "Manage your subscription" at the bottom of this email to update your regional preference for your Ellucian CRM solution(s).
