ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES Please be advised that a Maintenance Update for Ellucian Ethos Integration will be deployed in the Test and Production environments. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: ** US region ** Wednesday, 6 September 2023 at 9:00 p.m. to Thursday, 7 September at 1:00 a.m. Eastern
** Canada region ** Wednesday, 6 September 2023 at 9:00 p.m. to Thursday, 7 September at 2:00 a.m. Eastern
Activity: Deploy Ethos Integration release in the Test and Production environments.
Impact: Ethos Data Access is not expected to be impacted by this update.
Client Action: There is no action required by customers. This announcement is for informational purposes only.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
