Please be advised that there is an upcoming infrastructure maintenance will be deployed across all Ellucian CRM products for production environments. The infrastructure maintenance is for security patching and does not require your institution to engage, configure, or test as there are no new features being released or corrected. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Starting Tuesday, 30 May 2023, at 7:00 PM BST and concluding on Wednesday, 31 May 2023, at 7:00 AM BST.

IMPACT: There is no expected downtime during the infrastructure maintenance, however, you may experience intermittent slowness or an occasional disconnect to your environment.

ACTION REQUIRED: There is no action required at this time, this announcement is informational.
