ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES Please be advised that Ellucian Quercus Hotfix (Page Auth.) will be deployed to the Non-Production environment. This notification details the maintenance time line and planned work.
Window: *** This notification is for our customers in the EMEA region only *** Wednesday, 28th September - starting at 1:30 a.m. BST and concluding on Wednesday, 28th September at 5:30 a.m. BST.
NOTE: The Production deployment of this hotfix is scheduled for Saturday, 1st October at the same times above.
Activity: Deploy Ellucian Quercus Hotfix (Page Auth.) to the Non-Production environment.
Impact: The Non-Production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Dependencies: None.
Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
