ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing efforts to optimize service, Ellucian needs to perform infrastructure maintenance on an underlying system in the Ellucian Insights environment.

Window:

Wednesday, 17 April 2024 at 8:00 p.m. to Wednesday, 17 April 2024 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern

Activity: Perform an update to a network service supporting on premises connections to Insights environment.

Impact:
DMS Connection to On-Premise databases:
Replication Task may fail, the DMS retry logic should kick in once the maintenance is complete and connection from AWS to the Database is restored
On-Demand operations ingestions may fail, DMS may not be able to talk to the database during that time period, DMS retry should kick in and complete ingestion after the outage
Insights Data Warehouse:
Data Warehouse will be inaccessible from the Customer On-Premise reporting tools. There should be no effects on the Insights Reporting Tool (IRT)

Client Action: None

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
