ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
Please be advised that maintenance update 2.1.6 for Ellucian Workflow will be deployed in the 2.0 Test environment for all Middle Eastern and European customers. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: ** European region only** Thursday, 26 January 2023 @ 1:00 a.m. BST to Thursday, 26 January 2023 @ 4:00 a.m. BST
** Middle Eastern region only** Thursday, 26 January 2023 @ 5:00 a.m. GST to Thursday, 26 January 2023 @ 8:00 a.m. GST
Note: This Maintenance Update will be deployed in Production on Thursday, 9 February 2023.
Activity: Deploy 2.1.6 release into Ellucian Workflow Test environment
Impact: There will be downtime experienced in the 2.0 test environment while the update is being deployed.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
