ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES

Please be advised that the Ellucian Colleague SaaS will be receiving infrastructure updates in both the Non-Production & Production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

The Ellucian Colleague SaaS infrastructure maintenance will be performed in Non-Production & Production starting January 22, 2023.

Windows:
Eastern Time Zone - January 22 from 11:30 PM to January 23, 6:30 AM
Central/Mountain Time Zone - January 22 from 10:30 PM to January 23, 5:30 AM
Pacific Time Zone - January 22 from 8:30 PM to January 23, 3:30 AM
Samoa Standard Time - January 22 from 5:30 PM to January 23, 12:30 AM

Impact: The Production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes. Please review and adjust any schedule jobs as necessary.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
