Please be advised that Ellucian Quercus Upgrade 8.28.1.3 and EU HESA Hotfix (SU5650) will be deployed to the Non-Production environment. This notification details the maintenance time line and planned work.

Window:
*** This notification is for our customers in the EMEA region only ***
Wednesday, 21st September - starting at 12:00 a.m. BST and concluding on Wednesday, 21st September at 7:00 a.m. BST.

NOTE: The Upgrade in Production for 8.28.1.3 is scheduled for Saturday, 24th of September 2022.
The Production deployment of HESA Hotfix SU5650 will be Thursday, 22nd of September 1:30 AM BST to 5:30 AM BST.


Activity: Deploy Quercus Upgrade 8.28.1.3 and the EU HESA Hotfix to the Non-Production environment.

Impact: The Non-Production environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None.

Client Action: The Client will be responsible for validating the environment following the completion of the deployment in the Client's environment. Test major business processes, integration to the ERP, 3rd Party integration and bug fixes.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
