ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing SaaS delivery improvements, infrastructure maintenance is planned for all Ellucian CRM customers. This maintenance will affect all Ellucian CRM Non-Production environments.
WINDOW: ***For customers in the United States and Canada regions*** Starting Thursday, 26 January 2023, at 9:00 AM EST and concluding by Thursday, 26 January 2023, at 9:00 PM EST.
IMPACT: There is no expected downtime; however, you may experience intermittent slowness or an occasional disconnect to your environment.
ACTION REQUIRED: No customer action is required for this release.
