Please be advised the Jaspersoft 7.9 Upgrade will be deployed to the Non PROD environment. This notification details the maintenance time line and planned work.

Window:

Wednesday 15th September - starting at 5:00 a.m. BST (GMT+1) and concluding on Wednesday 15th September at 7:30 a.m. BST (GMT+1).

Update in Production planned for Wednesday 22nd September.

Activity: Deploy Jaspersoft 7.9 Upgrade (Non PROD environment).

IMPACT: Impact: The Non PROD environment will be unavailable during the maintenance window.

Dependencies: None.

Customer Actions:
Clients should plan to clear their "browser cache" after the upgrade.

**Important **
Clients need to update their schedule dates for reports to a future date beyond Sept 22, 2021. This will ensure future scheduled reports run successfully after the 7.9 Jaspersoft upgrade in the Production environment scheduled for September 22nd.

Documentation: More specific details about this Jaspersoft upgrade will be shared with the future 8.26 release notes.

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
