Please be advised that a maintenance update for Ellucian Workflow will be deployed in the Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Note: The current plan is to upgrade Production environments with this same set of changes on April 22, 2020. However, this date may be extended in recognition of the additional strain institutions are under at this time. We do ask that you assess your ability to complete the testing of your workflows by this date, and contact Action Line as soon as possible if you need additional time or with any questions or concerns about this upgrade.

Activity: Deploy release into Ellucian Workflow Test environment

Customer Action: As part of this release, PHP will be upgraded from 7.1 to 7.3. It is possible that some of your Ellucian Workflow trigger code might contain deprecated PHP features that could be incompatible with the new PHP version. Please consult https://www.php.net/manual/en/migration72.incompatible.php and https://www.php.net/manual/en/migration73.incompatible.php for a full list of backwards incompatible changes, and modify your triggers, if necessary.

Additionally, Ellucian Workflow will be upgraded to ProcessMaker 3.4.6. For a list of deprecated features, please consult https://wiki.processmaker.com/Deprecated_Features to determine if any of your workflows might need to be updated.
