Please be advised that a maintenance update for Ellucian Workflow will be deployed in the Test environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Window: **Asia Pacific region only ** 03/25/2020 @ 10 a.m. Eastern to 03/25/2020 @ 01:00 p.m. Eastern
**EU, US & CA regions only** 03/25/2020 @ 8 p.m. Eastern to 03/26/2020 @ 01:00 a.m. Eastern
Note: The current plan is to upgrade Production environments with this same set of changes on April 22, 2020. However, this date may be extended in recognition of the additional strain institutions are under at this time. We do ask that you assess your ability to complete the testing of your workflows by this date, and contact Action Line as soon as possible if you need additional time or with any questions or concerns about this upgrade.
