Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that we will be performing infrastructure maintenance for all Colleague SaaS Non-Prod environment on June 15th, from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET.
Impact: The environments may be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Client Action: Please review your non-prod environment and report any issues to Action Line.
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
The College SaaS PROD environment is tentatively scheduled to receive infrastructure updates on June 17th, from 9pm to 5am (Saturday 6/18).
