ELLUCIAN CLOUD SERVICES
As part of our ongoing support for customers using Ellucian Experience we are continuing to deliver fixes for critical issues as needed. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.
Activity: Deploy Hot-fix for Release 1.21 into all Ellucian Experience environments
Window: Friday, 26 March 2021 at 8:00 pm to Friday, 26 March 2021 at 11:00 pm Eastern
Impact: Downtime is not expected during this release, but performance may be decreased during the deployment widow.
Customer Action: None
Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
