Please be advised that a Hot Fix for Ellucian Insights will be deployed in the non-production environment. This notification details the maintenance timeline and planned work.

Window:

Friday, 31 May 2024 at 1:00 a.m. to Friday, 31 May 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern

Activity: Deploy Hot Fix 1.13.1 in non-production environments.

Impact: There will be no downtime for this update, however customers may experience a brief disruption with their IRT connection as the fix is being applied to the tenant. Loads and refreshes should not be impacted.

Customer post-release actions for non-SWW:

Banner Transforms:
"Banner SDE and Data Catalog Ingestion and Population" job template has been renamed to "Banner SDE Ingestion". If you had already scheduled this job, there are no impacts and you can ignore the next optional step.
(Optional) If you need data in GORSDAV and GORSDAM tables to be up-to-date, create a schedule for the "Banner SDE Ingestion" job template using Insights Administration, to run at least an hour before the "Refresh All Banner Insights Product" schedule.
Degree Works Transforms:
Customers are advised to disable the "Degree Works Data Catalog Ingestion and Population" job from their existing schedules, as data catalog ingestion and population will be scheduled by Ellucian.
Colleague Transforms:
Customers are advised to disable the "Colleague Data Catalog Ingestion and Population" job from their existing schedules, as data catalog ingestion and population will be scheduled by Ellucian.

Customer post-release actions for SWW: None

Verify: The Cloud Services team and Enterprise Operations Center (EOC) will be carefully monitoring all activity during and after maintenance is completed to confirm all services are operating correctly.
